About Offload
What is Offload Systems, and who is it for?
Offload Systems is the outsourced tech department for owner-run small and medium businesses in Ontario. We set up your website, domain, business email and Google Business Profile, and we build custom apps that take scheduling, paperwork and repeat questions off your plate. It is for owners who would rather spend their evenings at home than on admin.
Where are you located?
Toronto, Ontario. We meet in person across the GTA, Hamilton and nearby areas if you prefer. Anywhere further, even outside Canada, we work by phone and video.
Who will I be dealing with?
The two founders, Denys Vasyliv and Max Yedynak. No call centre and no ticket system. You get our names and our numbers.
Do you only work with security, cleaning, accounting and landscaping companies?
No. Those are examples you can try on this site: security, cleaning, accounting and landscaping and snow. We work with any owner-run business. If you can describe the task, we can build the tool for it.
Cost
How much does Offload Systems cost?
Projects start at $1,000 CAD, one time. You get your exact price after the free audit, in writing, before any work starts. A small monthly fee covers hosting, fixes and support, and you can cancel anytime.
When do I pay?
Only after the work is built and you approve it. You pay nothing up front.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting for your website and apps, fixes when something breaks, and support when you have a question. You can cancel anytime. Your exact monthly amount is in the written plan you get after the audit.
What if I am not happy with it?
You pay nothing until it is built and you approve it. After launch you have 30 days to ask for your money back. In those same 30 days, ask for any change you want at no extra cost. And if your app is not saving you at least 3 hours a week, we keep working on it, free, until it does.
Timing
How long does it take?
Most businesses are fully set up within 30 days of the audit. Your part is the 30-minute audit call and a review before launch. We do the rest.
What happens in the free audit?
A 30-minute phone call. We look at how your week runs and what slows you down. Within the week you get a written plan and price, even if you never hire us.
How quickly do you call back after I ask for the audit?
We get a text the moment you send the form and aim to call you back right away during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM).
Ownership
Who owns my website, email and Google listing?
You do. Your domain, business email, Google Business Profile and brand files are set up in your name. If you ever cancel, you keep them. The monthly fee covers the website and apps we host and look after for you.
Do you run ads or post on social media?
No. We set up your social profiles so they look right, but we do not run ads or post for you. Our job is saving you time and making your business look professional.
How it works
Do I have to learn new software?
No. We build around how you already work, with only the buttons you need. Then we train you and your staff ourselves, in person or by phone.
What happens after the first 30 days?
Your app keeps running and we keep looking after it. Hosting, fixes and support are covered by your monthly fee. New changes after day 30 are handled through your monthly plan.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. Everything we build runs in the web browser on any iPhone or Android phone, and on any computer. Nothing has to be installed from an app store unless you want that.

Yes. It runs in the web browser on any iPhone or Android phone. Nothing has to be installed from an app store unless you want that.
Does it track guards all the time?
Not unless you want it to. We usually check location only at clock-in and clock-out. Ontario employers with 25 or more employees need a written electronic monitoring policy, and we set the app up to match yours.
Can it work with our payroll?
Yes. Hours can go to your bookkeeper as a spreadsheet, or in the format your payroll service already uses.
We already use scheduling software. Should we switch?
Maybe not. In the free audit we look at what works and what does not. Sometimes the best answer is fixing what you have, and we will tell you if so.
Cleaning businesses

Will my cleaners be able to use it?
Yes. If they can take a photo with their phone, they can use it. We show them how in a short session.
Can clients see the photos?
Yes. Photos come with the report the client receives. You choose what goes in it.
Does it handle recurring clients?
Yes. Weekly, every two weeks or monthly schedules are set once and repeat on their own.
Do you build the website too?
Yes. Your website, Google listing, business email and booking requests are part of the same setup.
Accounting firms

Is client data kept private?
Yes. Each client can only see their own files, and access is locked down at the database level. We show you exactly where the data is stored.
Does it replace our tax software?
No. It handles everything around it: intake, documents, booking and signatures. Your team keeps using the software it already knows.
Can the assistant answer in other languages?
Yes. It answers questions about your services in the language the client writes in, and passes anything it cannot answer to your team.
Can bookings follow our priorities?
Yes. Bookings can go to staff in the order you choose, or to whoever has the lightest week.
Landscaping and snow

Do crews need special devices?
No. It runs on the phones they already carry, in the web browser.
Does it work in summer too?
Yes. The same check-in and report flow works for grass cutting, cleanups and any recurring site visit.
Can property managers see past visits?
Yes, if you want them to. Every visit is saved with times and photos, and reports can be resent any time.
What if a crew has no signal?
We build it to save the visit on the phone and send it as soon as there is signal again.
